Parties under 10 people choose one ciabatta or baguette sandwich: (Parties of 10+ choose 2 options; parties of 20+ people choose 3 options.)

• Fancy Ham & Cheese - A simple classic. Blackforest ham, choose gruyere or cheddar cheese, stone ground mustard. 

• Turkey Pesto - Shaved turkey, fresh tomato, melted mozzarella, pesto dressing.

• Sundried Tomato Pesto (Vegetarian)  - Sundried tomato, melted mozzarella, fresh basil, pesto dressing

• Caprese (Vegetarian) - Fresh mozzarella, tomato, fresh basil, balsamic vinaigrette dressing.

• Italian Sub - Genoa salami, pepperoni, mortadella, capicola, pepperoncini, finely shredded lettuce, red onion, tomato, provolone cheese, vinaigrette dressing.

• Picnic Club - Ham, turkey, bacon, lettuce, tomato, white cheddar cheese, herb mayo.

Parties under 15 people choose two picnic salads: (Parties of 15+ choose 3 options)

• MT Harvest Green Salad- (garden salad) - fresh greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, seasonal vegetables, huckleberry vinaigrette dressing.

• Tomato, Cucumber Salad (veggie salad) - sliced cucumbers & tomatoes, slivers of red onion, marinated in tangy vinaigrette dressing.

• Greek Salad - (veggie salad) - traditional Greek salad, sliced cucumbers, tomatoes, green bell pepper, red onion, olive, & feta cheese

• Classic Macaroni Salad (pasta salad) - The nostalgic elbow macaroni served at family picnics for generations. Macaroni noodles, finely diced fresh celery, onion, bell pepper, and dressing. (Optional ham or bacon)

• Italian Tri-Colored Salad (pasta salad) - Tri-Colored pasta, grape tomato, olive, marinated artichoke heart, pepperoncini, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni (optional), sun dried tomato vinaigrette dressing.

• Mediterranean Pasta Salad (pasta salad) - Tri-colored pasta, cucumber, cherry tomato, kalamata olive, slivered red onion, feta cheese, creamy Greek dressing.

• Southwestern Pasta Salad - Bowtie pasta, cilantro, cheddar cheese, avocado, black beans, corn, cherry tomato, avocado, zesty southwestern dressing.

• Tuscan Tortellini Salad (pasta salad) - Cheese tortellini, sundried tomato, spinach, prosciutto, parmesan, balsamic and olive oil dressing.

• Quinoa Salad - Quinoa, fresh cucumber, red bell pepper, red onion, chickpeas, fresh parsley, garlic olive oil and lemon dressing.

• Classic Potato Salad - Traditional potato salad served at family picnics for generations with a little MTPC flair.

• Deviled Eggs - A picnic classic.

• Caprese Skewers - Cherry tomatoes, mozzarella pearl, fresh basil on a skewer drizzled with balsamic vinaigrette drizzle.
